Who we are

This site is operated by Joe Alexander's Pro Basketball Mentorship, a program of Pro Edge Mastery ("we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the form on this site we collect your name, mobile number, country code, email address, and whether you are a player, parent, coach, or agent. If you go on to complete an application, we collect what you enter there — which may include the player's age, level, playing history, goals, and links to film.

Information collected automatically. We record how you arrived (referring site and campaign tags such as utm_source), the page URL, and the time you submitted. We do not use tracking cookies on this page.

How we use it

  • To contact you about the mentorship program
  • To decide whether the program is a fit for the player
  • To schedule and deliver sessions if you enroll
  • To keep records of consent and communications
  • To understand which marketing brings serious inquiries

Calls and texts

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that we may contact you at the number you provide by phone call and text message. Some of these calls may be placed using automated or AI-assisted systems. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or ask us on any call to stop calling. You can also email us and we will remove you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM and phone/messaging platform (HighLevel), our email provider, and our scheduling and payment processors — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Players under 18

This program works with minors. If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved: we will not discuss pricing, take payment, or enroll a minor without a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, please do not submit this form without your parent's permission.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and to document consent, and client records for as long as required for our business and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Opt out of calls, texts, or email at any time

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. Email [email protected] and we will honor any request the law gives you.

Security

We use reputable providers and take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and the mentorship program offered by Joe Alexander's Pro Basketball Mentorship. By using the site or submitting the form, you accept them.

What the program is

Private one-on-one basketball mentorship with Joe Alexander, delivered over live video calls. Sessions cover mentality, athleticism, alter ego, and workload. The program is offered by application, and we may decline any application for any reason.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific outcome. Nothing on this site or said in any call is a guarantee of a scholarship, roster spot, playing time, contract, professional career, exposure, or improvement of any kind. Athletic outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control, including the player's own effort, health, and circumstances. Any results discussed are examples, not promises.

Not medical, training, or professional advice

Mentorship is educational and advisory. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, or supervised in-person strength and conditioning. Consult a physician before beginning or changing any training program, particularly after injury. Do not disregard medical advice because of something discussed in a session.

Assumption of risk

Basketball and physical training carry inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for the player's safety, for training in a safe environment with appropriate supervision, and for stopping any activity that causes pain. By participating, you accept those risks.

Eligibility and minors

If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to participation, must be the one to agree to any payment, and is welcome to attend sessions. We will not enroll a minor without a parent or guardian.

Fees, payment, and scheduling

Program length, price, and payment schedule are confirmed in writing before enrollment. [PAYMENT_TERMS — e.g. total, deposit due at signing, and monthly installment amount and dates.] Payments are processed by a third-party processor subject to its own terms.

Sessions are scheduled by agreement. [CANCELLATION_POLICY — e.g. how much notice is required to reschedule, and what happens to a missed session.]

Refunds

[REFUND_POLICY — state plainly what is and is not refundable, and by when.]

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information on the form and application
  • Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared
  • Treat the coach and any staff respectfully

We may end participation without refund for abusive conduct or repeated no-shows.

Intellectual property

All materials provided during the program — plans, documents, frameworks, and recordings — are our property and are licensed to you for your own personal use. Do not copy, resell, publish, or share them. Do not record sessions without written permission.

Communications

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by phone and text, including by automated or AI-assisted systems, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party tools for forms, scheduling, messaging, and payment. Their availability and performance are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability arising from the program or this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION], and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
